The diet is on NOW!!!
I have been putting off the start of my diet until I felt I was prepared to rock it. Now, like mustard, I am prepared. mmmm mustard...... Anyways I am going to be using the modified Atkins/South Beach diet that has proved successful for me in the past. But this time I am going to get into a gym to get the cardio training that I need to be more efficient. My goal is at least 10 pounds per month. I have my South Beach Diet dinner in the freezer here at work and will be scarfing that down around noon. So it's on like neck bone! mmmm neck bone.....
