It's working..
Day one of the diet saw me keep my calories right at 1200 and my carbs at about 30. I think it should work as long as I don't have my "Splurge Day" where I cheat by eating 1 thing that would't normally fit into my diet. I am about to go out and walk a couple miles to try and get a bit of excercise. I still haven't talked to the gym yet. Shame on me.
