South Beach Diet Dinners rock!

Man i just had another South Beach Diet Dinner for lunch and it was great. They cost a little more than Budget Gourmet but they are worth it. I have tried about 5 different dinners and they all have been great!! I will let you know if I find one that is less than great!!!

Two steps forward and 3 steps back

My chiropractor told me my back was tight again this morning. Just when I was enjoying being loose!!!! Now I have to go back 2 more times this week to get totally adjusted. *sigh*
