Survivor last night

I am not sure what to say about last night's episode of Survivor because now I don't like either Rafe or Stephenie. My favorite from the start has been Danni but I don't know if she can make it to the final two. She is SMOKIN' HOT and seems very intelligent. So that would seem to almost guarantee her not making it. She does have a chance to grab an immunity and make it so cross your fingers!!!!!

South Beach Diet Frozen Entree Update

Okay, I told you I would let you know if I found a dinner that I did not like and I did. The Mediterranean Style Chicken with Couscous is okay but it didn't have me turning flips like the rest of them did. I don't think I would buy it again.

Almost there...

The chirpractor told me I am almost through with treatment. Which is cool!!! I will miss going though because I like talking to his nurse.
