Yesterday...

Yesterday was another roller coaster day for me. It started off good with getting to sleep in. Then, my buddy came up and we went to lunch and instead of eating something healthy I ate a bacon cheeseburger. Making it TWO VERY BIG CHEATS on my diet this week. We went out and hung around for a while before the basketball game to kill some time and had a really fun time. I wish I would have stayed now. My Oklahoma Sooners basketball team played one of the least passionate games I have seen them play and wound up getting hammered by more than 20. *Sigh* So a very big high followed by a low low. Well I will shake it off and try to avoid the lows until after Xmas!!!
